Pub at risk – campaigners use the Localism Act to get their boozer back!

Not a Brum building at risk, but here is a really interesting piece in the London Standard, highlighted by Lucie from the Architectural Heritage Fund, on a community who uses the law to rescue their local pub from a change of use into flats. A great example of how buildings can give us a sense of place and community identity.
